We spent a great day with Jamar. He listened to what we were interested in and adapted the tour to suit. We hadn't explored up to this point so we had a short tour of Bridgetown before setting off around the island. Earthworks Pottery was a great local business and we bought a couple of souvenirs, the art gallery there had island pictures from local artists. Hunte's garden was a magical, shady oasis full of stunning tropical plants. Bathsheba was very dramatic. Lunch at Sand Dunes- delicious local food, we both had fish which was good. Up to Cherry Hill for some stunning views the back down the West Coast. Smooth pick up and drop off from Beach View hotel. These guys also took us to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

Amazing way to spend an evening! Learn about Bajan life and see a few local hot spots. Oh and we can't forget the rum and the food! Jamar was a fantastic host who loves to share his experiences with tourists. And if you are up for it - ask about carpool karaoke on the way home!

Jamar was amazing! He picked us up at The cruise ship terminal and drove us to beautiful sites and had historical information to share with us along with a locals view! Super nice guy and very accommodating to our itinerary changes. Dropped us at the airport right on time. Then American Airlines cancelled our flight after sitting at the airport for over 6 hrs. The airline said there were "no" hotels they could put us up in for the night. We panicked and called Jamar on his cell. At home with his family at night he answered and assisted us in locating a hotel for the night. He went over and above and we are very grateful for his help. I would highly recommend Jamar!!! 10+++ Janice/Coronado California USA

Jamar was an excellent tour guide. As usual, we had to disembark the cruise ship in the morning, with our flight not until late afternoon, so we chose a 3-hour island tour. He started by showing us around the Bridgetown area, listened to our preferences, and tailored the experience accordingly. I can’t fault him—he was courteous, funny, and thoughtful in his choices of where to take us. If we return to Barbados, we’ll definitely be in touch.

Jamar was a first class guide for us. He met us at the Cruise Terminal ahead of time and as we were disembarking in Barbados, he was able to take our luggage and take us back to the airport for our flight to Heathrow in the afternoon after our tour.He was very personable and as a native of the island, was able to take us to places, many of which would be off the beaten track, particularly to the west of the island. He knew the best sites to visit and also the best local food restaurants. Also ne need for selfies when you had a photographer with you. We learnt lots of new things about Barbados including all about the 1700s plantation home visited by George Washington.

We booked a Rum Experience at Foursquare Distillery through Jamar at Stouteland Tours and could not have been happier with the experience! The distillery tour was awesome and very informative. Foursquare had a rich and lengthy history on the island and they’ve done an amazing job preserving their history. We were able to sample several different rums and we also included the cocktail option, which taught us to make several local favorites. We also used Jamar and other drivers from Stouteland for other excursions throughout the island. Jamar was especially accommodating as our hotel did not have an ATM so Jamar made stops at local banks, the post office, and a stop to pick up snow cones! (They were delicious!) Overall we could not be happier with the level of service and would definitely recommend them to everyone!

We booked both an airport transfer to our hotel upon arrival in Barbados and a rum tour a few days later . Jamar made both experiences positive . On the day of the rum tour, it felt like we were driving around Barbados with an old friend versus a stuffy tour guide which we loved. We wanted to use the company to travel back to the airport on our way back home but unfortunately they were fully booked. However we bumped into Jamar whilst standing in line at the check in desk who called out our names to wish us safe travels. This says a lot about his character, we would never have seen him had he not have called our names . Thank you Jamar for contributing to a wonderful vacation. Ezra our driver was amazing , he knew we were there to renew our vows on a beach and he went above and beyond to find the perfect setting for us. After our vow renewal which Ezra photographed and recorded for us, he brought us for lunch in a lovely local restaurant called the Fisherman’s pub. The owner treated us to a beautiful lunch and told us stories about the restaurant from when it was founded by his family over 70 years ago. Ezra was the best driver we could’ve hoped for , for our special day . We only had a half day on Barbados, and Jamar set up a wonderful 3.5 hour tour. We got a great feel for the island and were able to stop at 5 or 6 fun sites. Jamar is a great host and truly look forward to using his services again.

Jamar was an excellent host! Very personable and friendly. I truly don’t know how I would’ve navigated around Oistins without him! I will say, I didn’t realize Oistins is actually a town, I thought it was a restaurant lol. There are at least 10 different places to eat and a huge stage where they put on a fun show. There are endless people and it would’ve felt impossible to find a place to sit and eat dinner had it not been for Jamar knowing people there! The food was amazing, pretty sure we ate at Mo’s. The macaroni pie is a dream😍 The Dreadhop Brewery before, and live music at Blakeys after were nice, but we were there only long enough for a quick drink. I guess I wasn’t sure how much time we had anywhere we were going, and would’ve probably been a lot more fun with a group of friends rather than just my husband and I. All in all, definitely worth it! I think if I had a choice, I would’ve stayed at Oistins for drinks, but appreciated getting to see St. Lawrence Gap and the other stops! Ps. Sorry to keep ya sweatin’ Jamar, I know it’s been a couple of weeks since I told you I’d leave a review, but I don’t break my promises! Thanks for a great time😁

Jamar showed us a great time on our private tour. Brewery was cool, Oistins had entertainment, great food and excellent vibe. St Lawrence gap was total different atmosphere, very charming. The live music and dancing was a great way to finish off the night. Thanks Jamar!

So happy with the service provided. I had put a pick up time of 6pm as I wasn’t too sure how long it would take you clear customs. We were finished by 16:45 so thought we’d have to wait until 6 but thankfully they were tracking our flight and they were waiting for us! Would definitely use this again when we are back in Barbados.

We were picked up by the Price of Barbados, Piere, who was wonderful, informative, and so nice. We were excorted by our fast track representative after skipping the line to enter and straight to customs before the line, picked up our luggage and headed to the outside past all the others waiting for taxis to our driver. Clean and very nice car. Thank you. What a wonderful welcome.

Went on my third adventure with Jamar—it was a blast! We kicked things off with snorkeling, explored the animal flower cave, and wrapped up at Huntes Garden. Now, I can barely swim, but Jamar was super supportive, making the whole experience amazing. Overall, it was a safe and recommended for solo female travelers.
