By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Booking and Payment
- You can book any of our services online through our website or by contacting us via email or phone.
- To finalize your booking, you need to remit the full payment of the service within 48 hours of the start date.
- You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
- If you fail to pay the balance at least 48 hours before the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
Cancellation and Refund
- You can cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing via email or mail.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date of the tour, we will refund you 75% of the total tour price, minus any bank charges or transaction fees.
- If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the start date of the tour, we will refund you 50% of the total tour price, minus any bank charges or transaction fees.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of the tour, or if you do not show up for the tour, we will not refund you any amount.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, war, terrorism, pandemic, or any other event beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or a credit for a future tour, at your discretion.
Liability and Insurance
- We are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation in our tours, unless it is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
- We are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of any third-party services or facilities that we may recommend or arrange for you, such as hotels, restaurants, transport providers, or activity operators. You are responsible for complying with their terms and conditions and ensuring that they have adequate insurance coverage.
- We are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense arising from your own negligence, recklessness, misconduct, or breach of these terms and conditions.
- You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance that covers you for medical expenses, personal liability, cancellation fees, and any other risks that may arise from your participation in our tours.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport.
Complaints and Feedback
- We value your feedback, and we strive to provide you with the best possible service.
- If you have any complaints or suggestions about our services, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible.
- We will try to resolve your issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can escalate it to the relevant authorities in Barbados, such as the Barbados Tourism Authority or the Barbados Consumer Affairs Department.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados.
- Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
